Within 21 days of purchase
LaundrybyShelliSegal.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 21 days of purchase. A Refund request must be accompanied by the original receipt and any applicable refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.
Easy returns by mail
Simply affix the included prepaid return label and take it to your nearest authorized FedEx drop off location. For replacement return labels, please click below or contact us at support@LaundrybyShelliSegal.com.
All dresses and outerwear will be delivered with a plastic tag attached. Merchandise cannot be returned once this plastic tag is removed. Please read the instructions attached to the tag carefully before removing the tag.
Refunds for items returned within 21 days of purchase will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Any refunds are given for the price on the original receipt, less any discounts or reductions and any applicable taxes. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return for processing.

We will then provide you with further instructions on getting a Return Merchandise Authorization form approved and details on where returns should be shipped to. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner BorderFree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs, but do not include original shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise at the BorderFree international hub.
Returns sent without the required documentation may not be refunded the full amount.
